Varderer
The Sassoon Varderer Programme offers an opportunity for qualified hair professionals to join the Sassoon Team. Approximately four months long, this programme unites your existing knowledge with the renowned Sassoon training.
During your Varderer training, you will receive a full salary and be carefully guided through our cutting or colouring techniques, from the most talented creative professionals in the industry. We will show you how to build your skills to the Sassoon standard while preparing you for your classic assessment that will demonstrate your readiness for a role on the Sassoon team.
Once qualified, your career with us could lead you to join the renowned International Creative Team, working on shows and events across the globe or take on a management role, directing one of the prestigious Sassoon salons in some of the chicest cities in the world. You could also become a member of our full time education team, helping direct the careers of others or work as a creative cutter or colourist in a fabulous city location.
If you have a passion for hair, currently (or previously) cut and/or color hair in a salon, possess the determination to succeed and demonstrate excellent communication skills and endless enthusiasm reinvigorate your career by joining the best in the industry.
